Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing.
Full Refund
Participants may receive a full refund if cancellation is requested within the allowed cancellation window specified on the event page.
Partial Refund
A partial refund may be provided if cancellation occurs after the standard cancellation window but before event preparation costs are finalized.
No Refund
Refunds may not be available in cases where:
- Cancellation occurs close to the event start time
- The participant does not attend the event
- The participant is removed for violating event rules
Event Cancellation by HelloMithra Events
If HelloMithra Events cancels an event due to operational reasons, participants may receive:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer the booking to another event
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Exceptional Situations
HelloMithra Events may evaluate refund requests in special circumstances at its discretion.
